We ask for some basic personal information as this provides aggregate demographic data FirmContour uses to better understand the types of people subscribing to the FirmContour program. This data also allows us to do a better job of adding content, features and benefits that may be of interest to members relevant to age and geographic location. Ultimately, however, the decision to provide this information is yours.
FirmContour.com may at your request send you email messages and our electronic newsletter on a regular basis to keep you apprised of your membership status and inform you of what is new and available to you. Included in each of these messages are simple instructions on how to remove yourself from these mailings if you do not wish to receive them in the future.
You can elect to stop your Premium membership with FirmContour.com at any time. Login to firmcontour.com with the email and password you provided during registration. From Your Membership page choose 'Stop My Membership". Upon termination your account will remain active for your then current term. Your account information will not necessarily be removed entirely from FirmContour.com. This is to reserve your identity so no one else can create a new account with your User ID or Email Address, and also allows you the privilege of reactivating your account at a later date should you wish to become an active FirmContour member again.
