What do I need to register?
Premium Members require a valid email address, a 6-16 character password and the ability to pay with a valid credit card or an existing or new PayPal account.
Guests (no membership benefits) require a valid email address and agree to receive ContourNews, our e-newsletter.
What is the suggested age to participate in the FirmContour program?
The program is designed for individuals 13 years of age and older.
Note: if you are under the age of 18 you require the consent of a parent of legal guardian.
Where can I open my Premium Member account?
From our website select JOIN or START TODAY on many of the pages.
What is the best way to register for a Premium Member account?
Registration Option One (Recommended)
To facilitate an easy registration please follow these steps:
1. after you've paid with either your credit card of PayPal account you will be directed to the page "You have successfully set up your subscription"
2. Mouse down to Save Your Information with PayPal that reads 'Save time create a PayPal account so you do not have to reenter your information the next time you place an order" Note: Following this option will help you stop your membership easily if and when you choose to.
3. Then you should 'Create a PayPal Password" and "Confirm Your Password" in order to create a PayPal account.
NOTE: If you already have a PayPal account you can skip this step.
Premium Membership Information
Can you tell me more about a Premium Member membership?
As a Premium Member you'll log into your account anytime 24/7 and access the interactive e-tools without added costs or charges. You'll have access to the meal plans, tracking your weight and fitness, logging your food and drink, assess your health and other member benefits including the SuperSaver Coupon Gallery where you can download valuable grocery and popular item coupons to help the program pay for itself.
Membership Fee: The FirmContour online program is only $3.24 per week billed every 4 weeks to the account you provide at registration.(*)
For your convenience Premium Membership is set up on an automatic renewal membership service and Automatic Recurring Billing (ARB).
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. You can pay with US$, Euro or GBP.
Premium Membership: The $12.95 for the first 4 weeks will be applied to the account you provide at registration. When your initial term ends and every 4 weeks thereafter a charge of $12.95 will automatically be applied to the same account you provide at sign up unless or until you cancel. If you do not cancel your membership will automatically renew after each term. There is no contract. You may cancel your membership at any time. Should you cancel, billing stops immediately and no new charges will be billed to you but you will continue to have access to your account for the remainder of your then current term. See cancellation policy for more details.

What is included in my Premium Membership?
How long should I remain on the program?
This will depend on the amount of weight you want to drop and keep off. We like to remind you that we provide 40 Registered Dietician meal plans making us the leading provider of online meal plans. This means you are sure to find meals plans perfect for you AND... you'll never get bored with the same old meals week after week. Mixing it up is key.
Helpful Tip: It takes a minimum of 13 weeks to develop a new healthy eating habit and another 13 weeks to reinforce it and make it a part of your life.
We suggest you make a commitment for a minimum of 26 weeks. Many of our members choose the 52 week program because it helps them keep on target to drop their weight and equally as important to maintain it.
How quickly will I see results?
When following the plan you can expect to see and feel results by the end of your first week. Be true to yourself, keep track of everything you eat and add fitness into your lifestyle as this will enhance optimum results.
Is the program only good for people who want to lose weight?
FirmContour is also an excellent program for those who want to maintain their existing weight AND to gain weight. Instead of choosing the lesser calories in your chosen meal plan select the upper range of calories. For example: The Healthy Aging plan offers 1300, 1500, 1700, 1900, 2100 or 2300 calories with balance rations: 55% carbs, 20% protein and 25% fat. If you are looking to lose weight select 1300 calories. If you wish to gain weight you might consider the 2300 calories. All our meal plans offer similar caloric ranges.
Do I need to purchase any special or expensive foods?
NEVER! FirmContour is a Lifestyle, NOT a diet! There are no special, frozen, prepackaged, processed or expensive foods needed. Just follow your personalized meal plan, use your computer generated grocery list and shop at your local supermarket. FirmContour made this simple enough to become a healthy habit and fit into your lifestyle to further ensure your success.
Will I need to exercise to drop my unwanted weight on the FirmContour program?
That is up to you and how quickly you want to reach your target goal and if you want to maintain it?
For maximum results we suggest you 'move it to lose it''. To lose weight you will need to take in fewer calories, burn more calories, or both. Choose an exercise you will enjoy. Anything from walking, dancing, yoga, to a vigorous gym workout. Add fitness into your schedule by setting aside 20-30 minutes at least 3-4 times per week. Fitness when added to a healthy sensible eating program helps you develop a rewarding new lifestyle and gets you the body you want sooner rather than later or not at all. You CAN do it!
Can I change my account details?
Absolutely. Just login and go to your account page - My Account. Remember to select 'SAVE' after you make any changes or the changes will not register.
What do I do if I lose or forget my password?
Select 'Forgot'. Enter your email address or username on file with FirmContour and we will send your password to the email on file.
Can I stop my Premium Membership?
Yes, members can easily stop their membership. Please see Cancelation Policy and Stop My Membership
Note: When you enter your username and password on the 'Stop My Membership' form you will be directed to PayPal and instructed how to Stop membership and recurring billing.
Can I reactivate my Premium Membership if I cancel it?
Yes, you are always welcome back. The original username and password will stay in our system.
How do I reactivate my Premium Membership?
To reactivate your account login using your username and password. From My Membership select Add/Renew Membership
What method of payment can I use?

Are my payments secure?
Financial transactions are protected through PayPal who use a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) that encrypts the data you provide to ensure privacy. A closed lock on the lower portion of the page will notify you when you are using a page that is protected with SSL technology.
How will the charge appear on my Credit Card or PayPal account?
Charges will appear from FirmContour OR Jubilee Enterprises LLC
How can I stop my membership?
Payments (credit cards and PayPal Accounts) are securely processed with PalPal.
PayPal (not FirmContour) requires you stop your membership and your Automatic Recurring Billing agreement through your PayPal account whether you paid with a credit card or with a PayPal account at registration.
Kindly follow these instructions to Stop Your Membership and Automatic Recurring Billing (ARB)
Option One (Preferred)
1. Login
2. You will be directed to "My Membership Information' page.
3. Select 'Stop My Membership' from the lower right menu to be directed to a secure PayPal page
4. Enter your PayPal account information and follow the steps provided by PayPal.
Option Two: (not recommended)
Alternatively you can stop your membership and Automatic Recurring payments by calling PayPal Customer service at 1-888.215.5506 or 402-935-2050. You will be prompted to provide information and required to provide your first and last name, the phone number or email you provided when you signed up and the last 4 digits of the credit card or the PayPal account you entered when your registered for your FirmContour account.
You may also contact FirmContour accounting@firmcontour.com after you have completed either option above.
** Reminder - Once you stop your membership your account will remain active and you can continue to make full use of your member benefits until the end of the then current membership term. However, your membership will not be renewed after that term expires and no future payments will be charged unless you reactivate your account.
