Stop Your Membership / Cancellation Policy 

We look forward to you enjoying a long and rewarding membership with us.  However, if you wish to stop your Premium Membership please do so at least 5 days prior to your next billing period or your membership will automatically be renewed and charges applied to the method of payment you selected at registration.

Once you cancel you can continue to make full use of your membership benefits until the end of the then-current membership term. However, your membership will not be renewed after that term expires. Members are not eligible for a prorated refund on any portion of the membership fee paid for the then-current period.

NOTE: From time to time we may offer promotions and weight loss challenge contests. Members are advised to make sure they are not entered into any promotions or contests before choosing to 'stop their membership' or they will be eliminated from the promotion or contest.

How to Stop Your Membership


To stop your membership and Automatic Recurring Billing(ARB) follow the instructions below
Note:  For your added security payments are processed with PayPal.
PayPal (not FirmContour) requires you stop your membership and your Automatic Recurring Billing agreement through your existing or new PayPal account whether you paid with a credit card or with a PayPal account.

Option One (Preferred)
1. Enter your username and password below and click 'Stop My Membership'
2. You will be directed to "My Membership Information' page.
3. Select 'Stop My Membership' from the lower right menu; be directed to a PayPal secure page
4. Enter your PayPal account information and follow the steps provided by PayPal.


Option Two: (not recommended)
Alternatively you can stop your membership and Automatic Recurring payments by calling PayPal Customer service at 1-888.215.5506 or 402-935-2050. You will be prompted to provide information and required to provide your first and last name, the phone number or email you provided when you signed up and the last 4 digits of the credit card or the PayPal account you entered when your registered for your FirmContour account.

You may also contact FirmContour accounting@firmcontour.com after you have completed either option. 

** Reminder - Once you stop your membership your account will remain active and you can continue to make full use of your member benefits until the end of the then current membership term. 
You membership will not be renewed after that term expires and no future payments will be charged unless you reactivate your account.
